This is a super niche topic, but I do hope I can get at least a few replies. :)

Anyway, there are plenty of silly plots in porn that are used to justify sex scenes, but what are some examples of a story where such a porn plot is treated with 100 percent sincerity and seriousness?

My first example is the manga and (recent Netflix anime) "Ōoku: The Inner Chambers" where a disease wipe out most of the male population of Japan, causing the remaining men to often have to sleep with several women, usually at least one every night, to repopulate the country. That is not even the main plot point of the manga, but this scenario definitely sounds like something out of a crazy hentai. However, all of the sex these men have are PURELY done just to help have more children and many of them are forced to become prostitutes by the government to help with this task.
