But it's been on my mind for a while now, I think we all have different post nut clarities, so I wondered, what's yours like?

Mine is pretty shitty:
Once the thing is done I feel like god is staring me down knowing what I did, and I'm not even religious.

I get kinda sleepy. Not much more sleepy, but a little. Nothing like clarity, nothing close to it.

I don't have that sorta thing after masturbating. I guess I'm like the fella above in that it does make me feel a bit wobbly in the knees for a while but other than that? I've got no regrets, no double-feelings.

I tend to use it when writing. It makes my thoughts nice and vivid, and I can translate that into my written erotica for an extra lewd scene.

When I get clarity, I immediately get horny again. I'm hypersexual.

It kinda depends. If I'm just cranking it out real quick, I'm fine don't usually think much of it. If I'm setting up for a sesh and browsing all my especially horny and perverse tags, I usually feel pretty depressed and bummed out about it, but I think that's got more to do with the weeds I wander into after a while.

Quite a bit of self-loathing and self-hatred after I've browsed through the heavy shit, but only on that.

Guilt, self-hatred, occasionally violent thoughts with quotes from various media like "Die, Die, Everybody Die." from the Bad Dream House segment of Treehouse of Horror 1.
I'm not mentally healthy or a happy person AND before anyone freaks out i've never acted on any of my violent thoughts, at least not on anything other than inanimate objects or myself.
