Hey, I was wondering about how some people make sound edits for some videos and gifs, like the right moment to add like a "slap" or "squish" sound. I already have some sound files to use but don't know the timing for them.

When I do edits I zoom out on the editing screen until i see the miliseconds, and drag the sound back and forth on the timeline until the sound matches the screen.
This is on YouCut for the Android, but I'm sure other video editing software On the PC can have a more precise timeline.
