I need to stop consuming it, but I can't.

Pizza or burgers are generally it for me as far as fast food is concerned, but I'm open to other options. There was a Japanese fast food place, mostly tempura, in Savannah that wasn't bad. I'm all over a good Middle-Eastern fast food place when I can find one. Mexican fast food can be great too, but the slop Taco Bell pushes has tarnished Mexican fast food's reputation terribly.
