Sorry, I know this probably isn't the best place, but there is currently a user who been removing "interracial" and "wmbf" from tags over the past few hours (the latter tag went from 824 to 700) thanks to this user removing from pictures that fall well under it. Just wanted to know who to report such a person?

You go to a moderator such as Shaded_Cube or Irrixiatdowne for reporting tag vandals.

In the case of wmbf we've been trying to get rid of that tag. The site is focused on fiction so we don't really want race tags outside of something like species.

With mod's intent to remove wmXX tags, is it safe to assume that any bmXX tags will also be removed? Such as bmaf or bmwf for tagging reasons?

Yes. The tag wiki does say that they aren't allowed, as well as the tagging thread
