Blacklist has a limit?
It seems like I have reached the limit of blacklist or it's a strange bug. new tags just disappear whenever I save updated blacklist and refresh the page.
This is how my blacklist looks like. Feel free to copy cuz I only add nasty stuff like bestiality, rape, ntr and other shit.

I've heard there's a limit, but also sometimes the site's archiving features stop working for a little while. I recall a while back for about a day people were unable to remove favorites. Try again in a day or two.
I don't know if there's a limit to how many you can have, but I do know there's a limit to how many you can add at once.
There was one time where I added about 20 odd tags at once, logged in the next day and found they were all gone.

I believe the limit is around 4000 characters total, same as the My Tags list, but because of the site's programming language each single blank space counts as 5 characters towards the total.

Blacklist and My Tags lists are saved in the cookies on your device, not on-site, so anything you add while in Incognito/Private Browsing mode doesn't get saved when you log out.
Blacklist limit is ~4040 characters but because it's stored as cookie data, spaces are stored as 5 characters (%2520) and several punctuation symbols are stored as 3 characters. You can reliably make it ~2800 characters long before it tries to cut you off.
Here's my current list, if anyone cares. Note that this is 2741 characters in the account options but 4025 characters in the cookie. The cookie's limit is the one that matters.

I went through OP's blacklist and removed every tag that looked like an artist's name, and got this:
408 characters out of the initial 2900, even less if you change "cheating_wife cheating_girlfriend cheating_husband cheating_boyfriend cheating_mother" to "cheating_*". Blacklisting artist names is very inefficient at keeping out unwanted content. You just end up flooding your blacklist.
