2. With vpn use cloud.rule34.xxx
3. When page gets redirected to rule34.xxx, site gonna load(wait for end), just turn off the vpn.

Fact: If you trying to use cloud.rule34 without vpn, connection gets dropped.

In some ways, You can stuck on cloud.rule34 with infinity captcha check, no idea what happen, but now is works normal.

Yep, Russia (as in apparently the government rule34.xxx/index.php?page=forum&s=view&id=14422) has tried to get the site taken down several times, so it got put on the naughty kids' list.
