Been listening to takyon for the past year or so since I first found them. I get the same way with the songs I like, so I try to keep how often I listen to it sparing. Keeps it fresh, so to speak.
Yeah, I get that. I'd really want to branch out in search for new music more frequently, but it is kind of hard ever since I have found my "niches", so to speak. Like, I only started actively looking for artists I vibe with during the early stages of the pandemic and since my taste in music at the time went no further then "a friend played this once and I thought it was alright", the vast majority of artists I discovered felt so "new" to me. That feeling of excitement, of having no idea of what I'm getting myself into is something I don't experience that often with music anymore, unfortunately.
