It's pony propaganda. Imageboards are gathering bronies to swing by here and use iCame on the MLP cast. What we get is an unfair representation of a great idea that the community contributes to together.

Imagine an election with only one candidate that uses advertising for support.

Instead of getting honest responses from the regulars on this site, we have one-image-then-back-to-paheal faggots that break the system. They don't give two shits about the site or it's other content. They're doing it for their precious ponies' recognition.

A suggestion is to make a newbie filter. It could work somewhere along the lines of:
-Registration. Account has to be X days old.
-You must have viewed atleast X pictures in total as of making your account/first arriving on the site. (for the lurkers)
-You must have commented X times.
[Each a seperate prerequisite]

Nah, on a seriuz note, had this been done a while back Amy Rose would have dominated, but I wasn't too surprised seeing Applejack taking the lead (tho, I'd had guessed seeing Pinkie, Rarity or Twilight). Good to see Peach and Samus in the Top 10, even if Samus scores so far down the list. Seriously, a hot blonde in blue spandex should score higher.... well, this site is about "Rule 34". The real surprise was not seeing Shitting Dick Nipples.

This is not a very accurate vote. There is many characters that fall under 2 labels. For example: Many of the female characters from Pokemon are on the list twice. One with their American name and another with their Japanese name. But they are the same character. I think we should have a set format for characters that have 2 names. Like how there is a tag for Misty and Kasumi_(Pokemon), May and Haruka_(Pokemon) and Dawn and Hikari_(Pokemon). Tags like these should be merged into 1 tag. Like Misty/Kasumi(Pokemon). Or something that has both there American and Japanese name. We need to have some set system or method of labeling tags for everyone to follow. With a more organized system we will get much better results.

And like many other people have been saying. I don't get why these horses are so damn popular. Sure they are cute, but do so many really fap to them? And not only that, but there is like 8 of those horses on the list. It seems like this thing is rigged. I found it hard to believe that so many guys would vote for them and not someone else. But also the really weird one on the list is Zorak. I'm not sure who or what this thing is, but it really doesn't make any sense why he is even on the list. With only 8 pictures so far and all with low scores on the pictures. Where did this freak come from? This list is starting to look more like a random selection then a popular vote.

I thought it was a rule here that we would only use English names, like May, for anime characters? I think that at this point, fusing the two tags together would just cause more problems, since we'd have to delete the other two tag types. :(

I think we might have to just wide the slate clean and start over with a new format. Also it would be nice to see the top 100, and not just top 25. And now that the site has over 1 million pictures, people will have plenty to vote on.
