Is this picture legal?
It's a photo, not a anime drawing, so age will be more important here.

I am wondering is she of legal age (18+) or not? I notice her face is blurred, so I'm a bit suspicious about the image.

Ok, thanks, because I've seen news stories where they'll say some perv got caught with 1000 CP pics on his comp, then procede to show one or 2 pics on TV as a sample of what the cops found on the perv's comp to show the public just how sick the guy was. Of course the pics when this is done have all the "bad" body parts censored by bluring or black-boxing, and guess what else. Their face is inevitably censored so you can't identify the person in the pic (for privacy reasons).

So when I saw this pic here with blurred face, I immediately thought CP, though with a great amount of shock as the breast were NOT censored out (as the TV news would have done) and at the very least the nipples should have been censored, but were not.

So that's why I'm concerned that it might be real, genuine, CP, which is posted here.

Well i just removed it anyway, plenty of other fap material on the site. Better to be safe then sorry. She looked 18 to me altough.

Yeah she looked old enough, that's why I left it.

Well I just found if I click the link in this thread, and then click the "original image" button on the apparently blank image page, you still can view the image! If she actually IS underage, this will still be seen by law as having NOT removed the image. I don't know if she's legal or not, but if she is NOT legal, whoever decides to NOT permanently delete the image will have hell to pay in court.
I don't know if any of you have the ability to delete the image files from the server or edit the SQL database, but if you do have that ability, suspected CP images should face a more PERMANENT removal.

Also NEVER just delete a file from a computer that you wish to completely destroy. Deleting just removes the reference to the data in the file table. Do delete the actual file data you need a program like Eraser, which can do a 7-pass Department Of Defence approved erasure algorithm. The law states that merely POSSESSING CP is a crime. And possession clause in the law means you are SCREWED if any image data is present on the drive, even if the file has been "deleted".

You can find the download link for the latest version of the software Eraser at this URL:

Yeah but its not CP, so soft removal is fine.

Nice tool you got there, must run quite good on linux without a gui eh?

Actually it has a windows version. I'm on Windows. So I use the windows version. I wasn't even aware there was any other version.

Also since the image was removed (soft or otherwise) in the FIRST PLACE, due to the fact it MIGHT be CP, then it should be treated as such and be given a hard erasure.

I don't want to be busted even if there's only a less than 1% chance this is CP, because by some chance it was CP and then the cops tracked the image access TCP packets from my comp and determined I was one of the many viewers and come and arrest me. For my security I would like you to remove it FULLY, just in case. Cause from stories I read on the net about how cops handle CP (due to its badness), it's basically if you accidentally see it and the cops get your IP you are SCREWED REAL BAD. So for my security I'd prefer if you did a hard erasure of it.

Not that it would erase the fact I'd already been tracked my TCP packets, but rather that if they did come for me, I could say "what CP? I never looked at any", and sure enough when the cops went to that URL and couldn't find it (thanks to you FULLY ERASING IT) then they'd see I was telling the truth and would go away thinking that THEY had made a mistake, and I'd be spared from having to go prove my innocence in court. (yes technically you are innocent until proven guilty, but with a Joury Trial it is basically the court of public opinion, and with CP being such a bad thing, if the Joury even HEARS the word CP you basically are already guilty in their eyes before the trial begins, and you have then the burden to PROVE YOUR INOCENSE to the Joury, at least based on some anecdotal accounts I've read online)

Because you are so worried about it i have deleted the picture. In addition i find that you are a very paranoid person.

Your highly over reacting, it's not cp, the end.
