Please stop spreading incorrect information.
In the USA, it is only illegal to have loli hentai if it is falsely advertised as showing real children, due to the child porn law that states you can't advertise child porn (and thus promoting lolicon as real CP is illegal). The Supreme Court stated that lolicon is itself protected under freedom of speech. The only possible exception to that (other than if advertised as real CP) is if the material were deemed obscene (using the obscenity law, rather than the CP law). Since a lot of the material on this website (even the material featuring those who's age is 18+ according to the plot of the anime/manga they came from) would likely be deemed obscene by a jury if there was ever a court case, you'd have to delete half the stuff here if you wanted it to technically abide by the "letter of the law". You aren't going that far as to delete half the material on this site, so why target lolicon?

Claiming it's for legal reasons is a lie. The supreme court said it's legal, and it's not like you are advertising it as real CP. So there is no legal problem in terms of it being CP. So please stop saying "loli is illegal" as a reason to excuse your ridiculous policy of deleting loli images.

The title and the first 3 words of your message are enough for me to reply on, i did not read the rest.

What happens in the USA means jack shit for us, since we are hosted in the Netherlands.

In addition we are not saying loli is illegal but delete loli for our advertisers. Any other arguments?

Yeah for the millionth time of saying, we delete loli because our advertisers don't allow it and here where the server is hosted some loli is deemed illegal, so to continue existing we have to remove it when we find it.

Also the law has never taken into account what age of a fictional character, it would be ludicrous to do so, they have experts check what age they look, unless it's a real person with a real birth certificate to prove otherwise.

So loli is banned in the Netherlands?

The laws are unclear but apparently its not allowed. First it was only non-realistic images but early 2011 it got modified and now includes anything, even a stick dead figure.

This however is fine as we already decided to stay away from lolicon to keep all our advertisers.

Loli of any kind is banned in at least five countries, including Great Britain. Others are very soon to follow. To those who want loli, there are plenty of other boorus who allow it. Gelbooru, Xbooru, Danbooru for starters. I don't see why any site would risk their necks for the .0000000000001% of viewers who want to see that shit.
