I don't see this in your list and I'm seeing it often. What does 'tos' mean?

tos = Terms of Services

Quick note: If something is deleted via admin panel after a report it defaults to reason "tos" (terms of service as Gloom said). The things you'll see most often are forbidden things (such as loli) when they get handpicked by Kielan, "copyrighted" if we get a take-down notice and "tos" if none of these work or we delete through admin panel.
