What is your HUGEST “ick” when it comes to ERP? Personally, it’s the ones where someone just comes in and starts with a one-liner, no intro just immediately in character like *grabs your tits*. Where’s the flavor???

Having to carry scenes just because I be topping and getting practically nothing back.

Their "actions" being only a reaction of mine rather than having initiative themselves.

Example:

Me: *i grab your ass*
Her: *i feel how you grab my ass*

When they suddenly sneak in a weird kink half way in the roleplay or very short responses.

What if she instead responded with something like *i feel nothing... not warmth, nor pressure... he says he is touching me yet there is no feeling of touch... is he lying to me?... or have i gone numb?...*?

Then she's a cunt

Sauceless, lifeless, limp text replies with no personality or flair whatsoever. Like I’m reading a B-grade book report instead of imagining Tifa Lockheart horsecock backshots.

i hate backseat rp who control your character or dominate the plot a general idea or course is fine but no one likes a control freak.

Honestly, it would be exhausting to list all of the problems with ERP that I have learned over the many years I was doing it. There are just so many that you come across, people with bad grammer/spelling, people who fail to differentiate between actions and spoken word, people who insist on you RPing as something, or in a way, that they specifically want, people who can barely manage 1 sentence at a time, people who write entire essays at a time, people who insist on their fetishes being catered to but they won't do the same for you, the list goes on and on.

I eventually just gave up on ERP all together, its too much of a headache and its too rare to find an RP that is actually good and can last. I've just resorted to AI for my ERP needs, sure its not great, but at least I can have some amount of control over how bad it is.

Tbh the best way to do it is with a long time partner and knowing full well what each other's kinks are. It's really worked wonders for me, so I leave this bit of positivity in here.

Now for "icks"... I guess the lack of interest and ghosting some people do would be the worst out of it all, more so if you were "doing them a favour" by interpreting their kinks. Someone I know fell asleep while we were ERPing and I felt like shit cuz of that lol.
