Otto Suwen. Re:Zero has plenty of love on the site, multiple characters with 1000+ pieces, meanwhile he has 24, probably half of which either rule 63 him or merely have him appear in the background of a piece focusing on someone else. It's such a shame, he's cute as hell and gives off some of the most intense bottom vibes I've ever seen in an anime.
