It ain't that hard to pronounce but I've seen a lot of people struggle with it, specifically people who are bilingual or multilingual

It's "wuss-ter-sheer". You don't pronounce the "ce" part and the "shire" part uses the old pronunciation. Same with how Leicester is pronounced "lester".
