Below average. I've seen rough sketches that are much better than this. Why does his knob have a fold in it?

3/10. Needs work on anatomy, shading, and lighting. Also, the character doesn't fit with the background. + your line work is garbage.

But that character came from the game Toss the Turtle! And the background came from Toss the Turtle as well!
It's a turtle without his shell! And he's got no toes, just stubby feet!
