I have been trying to find more information about the physical differences between male Dragonborn and Lizardfolk, especially in regards to their genitalia. While I understand that it sounds kind of odd to ask such a question, I am really curious and have been unable to find much information about it online. And if they have a genital slit, sheath, or does it hang out like a human's(humanoid) how would an erection work and what will they feel when they experience arousal? And what would their penis look like?

Lizard folk have penises like lizards and dragons have monstrous cocks with barbs.

Dragonborn are typically more humanoid and have human-shaped genitalia, albeit covered in scales.

Lizardmen often are depicted as having more reptilian bodies, usually having a slit inside which their genitals reside. In addition, some species of reptile have diphallism (two cocks) and lizardmen are often depicted as having such as well.

In the end it's all a matter of personal taste, though. When building a character it's basically "whatever you prefer!"
