^My best guess is that it's when an ass fetish escalates to the next level. I have a fart fetish kinda, but mostly just in my personal fantasies because I basically have to imagine the fart smelling like something sweeter and it only really developed in me because I was addicted to the various ways the artists make the butt move during the fart. I could never see myself having this fetish in reality

In my case, the first person I ever had a crush on would often jokingly threaten to fart in my face, I liked the idea of having her ass that close to me, and I guess I just ended up developing this kink by association

For me it's rooted in my medical history. Ive had digestion issues my whole life so the idea of someone not only being ok with but liking my gas (amongst other things) isnt just hot, its comforting.
