^ I think that's just the way the female body the artist is using. Take this image for example( https:// rule34.xxx/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=9506024 ) the breasts look like they aren't part of the body at certain angles. Considering that this is SFM, it's pretty common to see artists Frankensteining models together because of how easy it is to just bind one bone to another.
