ermm aksually they're not step-siblings, not even related....it shows KIM/KIMBERLY/BERLY and BASIL together, if it wasn't fucking obvious, KIM is not related to basil at all. KIM has a brother named VANCE, and in the game, she's seen living with her MOM, who's divorced (btw KIM/KIMBERLY and VANCE are actually based, name-wise, on one of the developers of OMORI named Kimberly Vance), anyways, BASIL is not related to her at all, except the fact that KIM and VANCE bullied him/harassed him for a duration of the game, and was known to be kind of stern against BASIL. btw BASIL does not have parents, at least they do not make an appearance in-game to my knowledge. last "btw" before i end this paragraph, if you want to roleplay, do it right.
