She had been attacked by a Quirk-Disabling Villain in one of her internships, causing the girl to lose her single power. Most people would just be depressed over this, but not Tooru!

I love when girls are drawn with realistic proportions, so even if they’re slim, they’re still wide enough where you could actually comfortably hug them, hold them close, and fall asleep with them in your arms
