it's called pillow shading and it's generally regarded as an art sin. if you really are a VERY beginner this isnt too bad but pillow shading is a habit you should break. you can google pillow shading and shading techniques for more info

I don't comment that often, and I really don't want to be that guy, but shading aside – this is very clearly a traced art of a frame in Shinki's Gawr Gura x Tsukomo Sana animation, 3:30 time to be specific (you can easily see by the head and even ear shape of the angel that's lickin'). Not sure what such information can provide, but meh
