SomeoneNo1: I don't have a gore fetish, but I have friends who do. I think part of it is how you feel about your own body. Either not caring what happens to it as long as pleasure is an attribute, or having such little care for yourself as a human being that you're willing to be torn apart just to feel something.

For me death is powerful and permanent,and fantasizing about it often brings adrenaline which brings me happiness and arousal. I have never understood the fun of killing someone for sexual pleasure. I mean, if my goal is to have total control over that person, what good is it if they're dead? I prefer her to live, so I can abuse her and she will feel all the pain. I think that's more exciting.
