I want this as best I can so a few small criticisms:
There should be a level of difficulty with holding the crown
Her waddle should be more slouched and slower
She should stop occasionally since the pain would worsen
Apart from minor issues, I love this so much! Very well done!

I love the visible contractions when after the water breaks, wouldn't complain if there was a an occasional kick or fetal movement visible as well. Or a short belly rub.
The quality of this is already so amazing with the different reflections of the mirror and the sex toy.
I guess I need to check out more of your work.
