"I will walk the road of life beside you, no matter what challenges life may throw at us, I know in my heart that our love will never fade". They hadn't been able to afford a wedding initially, between Tomoya's developing career as a fledgling electrician and her experience working at a family diner, money for their apartment alone was quite tight. But in the years together since, a small amount was deducted from their pay into a fund each month, so that on their fifth wedding anniversary they can hold a traditional wedding. The wedding they're having now being far richer in spirit than it would have been on their honeymoon, with Tomoya having rekindled his relationship with his father, and the addition of their beloved Daughter who walked down the aisle holding her Daddy's hand, seeing her mother's hair styled the way it had been the day her parents first met; on the day that brought colour to the stagnant lives they had been living. Through each other they found what they never thought possible for themselves; true love. The type of companionship that makes even the most bleak of days bearable, that compels someone to flourish and become their best self, for themself. They forged many bonds along the way, and touched so many lives together before tying their fates together from both ends in a ring of holy matrimony, and on that day everyone that dyed their lives with the warm tones of memories was there to feel just how far the two had been able to accomplish through lifting one another up. An earnest, sickly girl who was on the precipice of giving up, and a boy despairing over the emptiness in his life, two souls who found through each other the strength within themselves to move forward, and become people they felt worthy of one another. Both in sickness and in health, through the changes in their lives, we pray they find more fun and happy things, and live the hard earned happy end they deserve.
