To unlock this scene, start New Game on Chaos difficulty and never change it. Then, during any scene with Alphen and Shionne alone simply shout into your microphone, "Just fuck already!" If done correctly, they do just that. You need all six party members and you have to have unlocked Shionne's second Mystic Arte during New Game for this to work, it also works with any costumes you have for them. Very bold of the devs to hide this in their game.
