how did she get cambion conception if she still has 4 hearts? she doesn't have a health up and its implied shes gotten a deal considering her chance isnt 100, also assuming she hasnt ruined her chance once and was unlucky that means she only has 3 items in the 4th floor, i could understand if she skipped item rooms to get planetariums but sticky bombs is an item room item, and she got virus from fighting lust and we know she got cambion conception from a devil deal. this means that she didnt take any of her boss items. she needs to play better >:(

@robowyatt, one way Maggy's setup here is possible is that she used a sacrifice room on floor 2, got angel room instead of devil from "you've been blessed", angel room had a trash active item (probably dead sea scrolls), she didn't get devil on floor 3, then got a devil chance increase on floor 4 from blowing up a shopkeeper, and finally, cambion conception came from an ultra secret room she either got from cracked key or a red key she dropped in favor of her yum heart.
Which also means her run has been *painfully* unlucky, and she also never picked up any boss items for some reason?
