Let me preface that this is not an attack.
This looked really familiar to me, and sure enough with a little bit of scaling it overlays almost perfectly with a work from Miyuki / Miyuki1200.
And with a little bit of hunting, your Light Hello birth work lines up with a Shylily work by JADF, and your Light Hello impregnation work has lines from a Risa Matoba work by nekuoneneko.
I don’t mean to discredit you or insinuate that your works didn’t take time or effort, I like most people here couldn’t produce anything even close to your works.
But I like to give credit where credit is due, and it doesn’t sit right with me that you don’t acknowledge (here, on PIXIV, or on Twitter) that at the very least you have borrowed sketch/out-lines from other artists.

UPDATE: I had found the images 0verl0rd mentioned, and the Shylily and unnamed Miyuki artwork are almost perfect matches with the mentioned birth and breastfeeding artwork. In addition, the impregnation artwork seems to at least be heavily referenced from nekuoneneko.
