from what I remember of a translated version of this:

In the first and second panel, Fledge is basically saying "hey, Link, I thought of a new strength building method, but I'll need your help"
and link kinda goes "o rly?

Then in the third panel, fledge says something like "making link feel good and build strength. It's like hitting two birds with one stone"
And link is just like "this feels amazing" with some moaning going on

Then the last panel is just "oh, it was a dream"
