Interesting, for some reason when I use softer and squishier materials for my augments over the typical sacred metal I find that morale with others is far higher and communication becomes far smoother. Since I've become the dedicated unit for communication and diplomacy with others such as the sisters of battle, imperial guard and rogue traders I'll have plenty of opportunities to research this ~
