Why couldnt they make a likeable male character in TADC.

I feel like Jax was actually the most interesting character of all. He's the only character who got written as someone who's always "out of line". He threw a bowling ball at Kinger, he bullied Gangle, he made fun of Pomni. And if he didn't do any of that, no other character would be suitable for his role. He is rude, but not Zooble's kind of rude, Jax is rude in a playful way. He was the one who actually pushed the plot forward and have the most detail for his personality.
