The item in question is a food consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. This one appears to also have a derivative dairy product that has purposely gone through the process of coagulation of its casein proteins. I purchased this aforementioned unit using this respective nations currency, that was acquired by providing my own human capital for the benefit of a larger corporations operational needs.
