It's a technique where they place the pupils within glass-like orbs resin or something like that, really far inside and depending on the angle it's viewed at, the pupils APPEAR to be moving, but in reality, you're just able to see it from a different angle. An illusion, basically. Another interesting thing is this usually reveals how someone feels about looking at this content. If you're ashamed, you consider it "staring" if you're comfortable, you consider it "Looking".
