It's not really "selfcest" because Namine is Kairi's Nobody, while Xion was created from Sora's memory of Kairi. It would technically only be selfcest if Sora or Roxas fucked Xion, or if Namine fucked Kairi. Though they do develop distinct hearts of their own and become their own people for KH3, but the "cest" part is a little hazy because they were created from hearts and not genetics... Kingdom Hearts is a clusterfuck of a story that was never meant for these kinds of questions.
