ok, I have some questions and idea.
My idea: They all merge and become sentient and gain abilities.
Question 1. Why are the dolls bio hazardous
2. What is going on with the light blue on in the background
3. I can understand the rest, but what's up with the fan one?

The biohazard comes from the conversion gel that turned them into these things in the first place. Sprinkling from a nozzle above them. I suspect that if it touches you, it transforms you into one of these dolls. Hence the biohazard. I think the light blue one in the background just has a fishtail. I don’t have any idea what you’re talking about with "the fan one", though.
