In paheal, there were mfs complaining about Miles being a hand-me-down which is not true. Just because one artist decided to draw Miles X Cindy doesn't fucking means he's a hand-me-down. Sounds ironic but the paheal mfs should touch grass man. I prefer Peter X Cindy but I have no beef with this art or the artist, the mfs in paheal are cunts.

Ignore any miles haters they think he's boring but the comics and mcu movies have been taking bit of miles personality and putting it on boring Tom Holland spider-man. And the haters praise that, so their taste just isn't viable

I don't know why this turned into a miles/peter fights, because I actually like it when Bendis doesn't write it. In fact, it's a good character when Bendis doesn't write it badly and his powers aren't broken with it. But if there's a problem with Miles in all his media, we've already had 12 years with him and none of his villains have been remarkable. In fact, two are evil versions of himself, extremely dull. And although Gwen and Miles' romance worked in the movie, in the comics, it's terribly done and forced, not more than two issues. Giving Miles romances or relationships like Peter's just makes him look like a copy instead of the solid character he is right now. The same goes for the villains because unfortunately, his villains are bad or overshadowed by Peter's. Postscript: good art

Sokumo, THANK YOU! Miles doesn't deserve this hate just because he's Spider-Man. He is Spider-Man in his own right and there's nothing to judge him for.

Is a case and point. Dude goes on a semantical argument about how miles isn't as good as Peter because and I qoate *looks at paper* "Giving Miles romances or relationships like Peter's just makes him look like a copy instead of the solid character he is right now"
Awful rebuttal, Peter is Miles friend so they'll share a friend group, also comic relationships always suck, Tony stark is with Emma frost ffs. You're just reaching for reasons to hate miles while ignoring the issue that most haters literally love Tom's version which is just miles lite!

What are you talking about? I like Miles, he's a solid character who has proven, with the writing of Zamaheed Amin, that he is a much better writer than Bendis. Learn to read; at no point did I criticize the character. In fact, I like him, and the movies added extremely interesting characteristics to the character. Thanks to Cody Ziglar's work, most of Bendis' errors were fixed. I love Miles. I always thought his charm was his initial reluctance to be Spider-Man and his fear of not being smart or capable enough to take on the role. But saying that the character hasn't had problems or doesn't currently have them blinds us to fanboyism because they even recently did a 'Maximum Carnage' and a clone saga for him, which only traps the character, and in his villains, it's true that Rabble is bad, and in the movies and games, they focus on Peter's villains for Miles. Miles is a great character inherited because, unlike Peter, he's a different character. He has his own likes, dislikes, and different flaws from Peter, which makes him a great character. But there's also a part of the Miles fandom that can't tolerate anything negative said about him because the slightest criticism is seen as a serious attack, and that's not the case. Miles has his own more developed relationships than Gwen's in the comics, which was very poorly done, such as StarLing, Kamala Khan, or Kate Bishop. Introducing Peter's relationships to Miles is bad and doesn't help the image that many have of him. If it didn't work when they tried to combine Batman's romances with his protégés, it won't work for Miles either. Miles has flaws, and denying them is pure fanboyism

Sokumo, comic book relationships don't always stink. The relationship between Miles and Starling is quite solid, and even where they planned to take the relationship with Kamala was very solid, or else look at Peter and Mary Jane before OMD (One More Day). I'm not seeking to hate on Miles at all. Miles has his own relationships in comics despite his problems, and they are solid. But if it didn't work when they paired Bruce with Barbara Gordon or Dick with Catwoman, inserting any relationship that Peter had into Miles also doesn't work. It's not hatred, and I'm not denigrating Miles."

Definitely, Sokumo, Miles is great. Besides, the wintery setting of the game was quite enjoyable. I liked the slightly more personal relationship with the people of Harlem. The only thing I didn't like about the game was making him a nerd when in the comics, he's more normal. It's a contrast in the comics that I find much more interesting than that of the game.
But I also partly agree with Chacha. Thinkerer is a villain of Peter forcibly made into a villain for Miles, but ends up being a hypocrite you want to see perish. His relationship with Ghost Spider in the comics is more of friends, whereas Peter gives them technology, and in the movie, it's much better with a deeper relationship between Gwen and Miles.
For me, Miles already has plenty to stand out on his own. I don't agree with the villains, given that as Spider-Man, he will face Peter's villains. But one thing I do agree with is that every girlfriend of Peter doesn't have to forcefully become the girlfriend of his successor; that's silly.
Even in DC, that doesn't work.

Here's my take on this. For Miles in the comics (Relationships wise and villains wise) He's had relationships with people who aren't Peter's love interests.
Yes there's a version of Miles and Gwen who are married in the comics, but they're both alternate versions of 616(1610) Miles and 65 Gwen Stacy, so I believe it's ok. And Miles and Gwen remained friends after KISSING IN A TREE and while I was sadded by it (I shipped them SO DAMN HARD) I understood that getting them together after that big adventure would be forced, but I wasn't opposed to them getting to know each other more and "maybe" deciding to get together if they felt like it.
But onwards to Miles's villains, The Tinkerer becoming a personal villain for Miles was great. I say this because The Tinkerer is just an old man who builds weapons, suits, and gadgets for other villains and never got the chance to do something themself, they've essentially been forgotten by the comics for decades now and even if they come back, they'll just do the same thing they've always done.
Phin Mason isn't The Tinkerer we know, but that's the beauty of it, she may be a different version of the villain, but she's really elevated the The Tinkerer by a wide margin. She has her own gang, her own reasons for being a villain and she has some crazy badass technology in Programmable Matter that makes The Underground and herself a force to be reckoned with and it's AWESOME AS HELL!
I really love the Insomniac version of her (Especially her motivations and reasoning for be mad at Miles, there's something that a lot of people missed regarding Phin's hatred for Miles and I suggest checking out Jhonny Cello's video on Spider-Man: Miles Morales for more info) and she'll always be the The Tinkerer I think of when they come to mind because of how much of an impact they've had on me and Miles as a whole.
And now onto Miles's "Rouges Gallery" like they're still being built up, let's give them time to grow. I know a lot of people are saying that they're copy and pastes of Peter's villains or that their dull, but a lot of them have potential to be great villains for Miles and currently Rabble is an excellent example of a personal villain/archenemy for Miles, given that she almost killed him and his family in "Trial by Spider," but I feel like a lot of people forget The Assessor from The Saladin run and how he literal tortured and experimented on Miles for 3 days straight.
Like that dude definitely earns a spot for a personal villain for Miles, and while yes he is an AI villain, I like how cold and calculating he is in regards to how he views Miles (And his clones), the people around Miles and anyone else really, like Tony Stark.
Then there's other villains like Cold Pharaoh, The Snatcher, Bumbler (I know he's a joke, but I'm really hoping Ziglar will give him the SPOT treatment and make him a serious threat for Miles), The Cape Killers, Quantum, Cletus Cassidy, Lady Tomoe (Japanese Crime lord) and hopefully a lot more villains for Miles coming down the line through the Ziglar run and beyond in future comics for Miles.
Like I'm a big believer in being patient, I've been patient for years regarding Miles content getting better writing than Bendis (Although all of Miles's comics written by him will have a special place in my heart, I'm happy that other people have been writing Miles's comics for the last 5 years) and I've been seeing a lot of great changes for Miles since then and I'm fine waiting again for him to have a great cast of rouges, both exclusive to him, and some from other heroes rouges galleries that have been forgotten by modern comics, like The Tinkerer and The Spot and potentially others too. Concerning Miles as a person though, I'd like him to learn how to play guitar and I say this because I want him to serenade Tiana with music and play some songs for his baby sister to fall asleep to. I'd also like him to be able to express himself through music, since playing music can also be another form of therapy for someone and since Miles has been doing a lot for himself as a person through his journey and his (first) therapy sessions, I believe that this can add to him further working on himself and also having another passion or hobby to turn to besides writing. And with him being with other girls (and former flames of Peter's or other superheroes love interests) I'm fine with it. Like Miles has ALWAYS kept his relationships balanced in the comics, been with a lot of Black Women, Latina Women, White Women and he (unintentionally) rizzed up a Japanese Crime Boss in Japan just by beating up some criminals who were harassing some school girls. My point is, Miles's love interests have always been different and unique, just like Miguel's and Ben's, but I'm not opposed to him being with anyone (Peter's former flames or otherwise) in hentai or fanfics. Now if we're talking comics, it needs to be built up and feel natural that's all I'm going to say. Other than that, I like this art since we never really see Miles and Cindy together in a hentai at all. It's really rare and I'd love to see more of them and other pairings for Miles. I think I'm going to write another comment later since this is too long. Anyways have a good one fellow Miles Morales fans and remember, "Just Keep Going"
