This is kinda disturbing. Not like in the generic "oh fetishes are gross and stuff" kind of way but the ending implying she couldn't save the boy is kinda sad.

When horny is set aside, the ending is more dislikable. I'd preferred it if both the girl and boy were vored rather than the other girl and the boy being killed with the girl suffering from the loss as a result.
A fetish is cool until it's used in a fucking depressive way, like holy shit couldn't ya have used a different way for them to die rather than using a fetish? Really kills my mood tbh, y'know?

I for one love the tragedy of this short but sweet plot. She could've probably saved the boy from the other pred, had she not decided to anal vore her while he was still in the other's belly. After being forced to digest both, she now has to live forever with her guilt; the consequences of her deed now hanging off of her tits and ass as a constant reminder of what she did and what she has lost. In a bittersweet sort of way, however, she won't ever lose her friend ever again, since he's gonna be clinging to her every curve for the rest of her life. It is rare to see vore that involves a pred regretting digesting their prey like this, but overall, I gotta say I really like the concept.
