Y'know, considering how the cult usually functions, It would actually go a couple steps further.
First it's just her, then it's with her sisters, then her mother. After a some years (Though the children actually develop faster, so not too long) it'll be your daughters.
Sure, her and her sisters are mutated, but her mother isn't. Your daughters will also be less mutated. She'll convince you that incest and inbreeding is good, that it is beautiful and nothing but love in its most perfect form. Then your daughters will have daughters, who will be even more beautiful and just as willing to feel your love.
Her sisters might have other men. and her mother may have a husband, but your daughters could all be yours. They will love you, unconditionally. Well, maybe under one condition: you need to give them love too.
You'll certainly be strong enough to do it. The infection improves your health and stamina, increases your libido, and makes you more fertile. You will live a long live to see your grandchildren grown and bred, your body genetically repaired and psychically (though subtly) enhanced.
