New Achievement: Bad Timing.
So in case it wasn't obvious, you're giving birth and it's clearly a bad time. It doesn't get any more simple than that, but it certainly does get a lot harder for you.
Reward: You've got a baby on the way! Giving birth to new life is always it's own reward. But it won't mean anything if you both end up getting killed.
