ThiccRoboi, the glowing symbol is the quick card/attack symbol in F/GO, and in that game Astolfo has mainly quick cards. And for some reason I guess him being a quick servant makes his dong radiate quick energy, idk really

In case you're curious, it's because both Astolfos (Saber and Rider) have Quick type noble phantasms. And his saber version specifically likes to crit his buster cards a lot too. All in all, these girls are right to worship a great single target DPS.
