Mmm, that's an incredibly hot position to die in. Bottom half twisted over, but the top half has the fatal wounds on full display. Imagine what the agonal gasps must look like... the arms would draw out a bit with each sharp intake of air, and the diaphragm contracting would nudge the legs a bit further over & perhaps make the feet twitch... it looks like there's at least one heart shot in there. That wound near the collarbone is particularly sexy to me. Very likely to have hit a major artery. If that were me I'd want my murderer to fingerfuck the HELL out of that one.
