It's funny cuz Shiina did one where instead of Ishtar it was just Rin (lighter brown hair without the metal hair ornaments and arm/leg attire) with Shirou...Now you can argue that instead of Shirou it's Muramasa, who possesses Shirou's body much like Ishtar possesses Rin's; makes you think of whether or not deep down they still have feelings for each other tied to their old lives.
Well because I'm a Fate nerd I actually have a slight knowledge about this situation. Muramasa doesn't have a lot of memories from his vessel (Shirou), same with Ishtar. They just get a slight inkling whenever they see someone related to a past experience. For example, Muramasa feels his spine tingling whenever he meets Archer (Also Emiya but different). There's also another example of a servant meeting someone they used to love while in a vessel, Parvati. She doesn't hold any particular feelings for Archer or Muramasa despite inhabiting the body of someone who loved him (More accurate to say she knows they're familiar and not hostile, but she's not attracted to them). What we do know however about Ishtar and Muramasa, is that Ishtar has a tendency to get annoyed around Shirou clones. This all to say...they're probably hatefucking.
