@V0ibinIt is something to do with the brain. 1 in 7 people have a foot fetish according to google. It is caused by connections between feet/toes section and genitals sections. So when a person with a foot fetish sees feet, their brain thinks that the feet are genitals and gets turned on by that.(I don't know how accurate this is but I tried my best explaining this from memory)
