It's sorta true yea, a Warframe develops based vaguely on the host's body, but the mind has alot to do with it as well, most obvious in Mirage's lore, but also in the nature of warframes, inheriting muscle memory and skills. It wouldn't be surprising if a trans woman with no genital dysphoria kept the same kind of body.Although it's probably a moot point, in lore warframes probably don't keep much in the way of genitals at all, and definitely not externally, given the ways that their skin grows to armor, into sword-steel skin, and their organs interlaced. Anything down there would have surely hardened and turned to a steel-strength lattice of armor, given how squishy it is in a human.

So, to put the debate to rest. Warframes, meaning the "frame" part you see here, is based on an original biological blueprint. Generation 1 frames were created from living people and are originally known as Dax. Onwards, newer-generation frames were made from synthetic parts and fleshy bits that serve organic functions. These are not "people" in the same sense as you would think humans are, nonetheless they were fully functional Dax - and more than capable of kicking Sentient booty. Make of that what you will.
