Drinking from an apple juice box in this position is really ineffective. Judging from the indicated bend of the straw just outside her mouth and the fact that straws don't tend to be bend anywhere else, we can deduce that the straw inside the box is mostly straight. Because apple juice is mostly made of water (around 88%) and has an average density around 1 g/cm it is much denser than air which has a density of 0.0012 g/cm at sea level. Because of the curvature of spacetime caused by the planet we call "Earth" the majority of the apple juice will gather in that part of the box that is closest to the earths center (from now on referred to as the bottom). Draining the apple juice through the straw by creating a negative pressure inside the oral cavity causes the air surrounding the box to stream into it due to imperfect sealing of the box around the straw. Because of the earlier assumption that the straw is straight inside the box and the tendency of the apple juice to stay in the bottom of the box, we can observe that after draining a certain amount of apple juice the opening of the straw will no longer be suspended in the juice. Attempting to create a negative pressure will result in air streaming into the oral cavity instead of apple juice. Therefore we can conclude that replacing all of the box's contents with air without changing the box's orientation will fail. The only way to achieve something similar would be to wait until the water contents from the apple juice have evaporated, which will take a considerable amount of time and will not remove the sugar and other dissolved contents of the juice.
