The reason this is up here again is because I found the SWF file and wanted to make a new encode that was higher quality, since all the available versions on the internet aren't great.It seems the original animation was done at 700x400, but was able to render it at 1400x800. Still doesn't look as good since it's 4:2:0 and encoded, but should be better than anything else you'll find online.

Though now that I check the file, it seems like R34 transcoded it. The original file size is 102 MB and this one is 50 MB... This is CRF 23 and mine was CRF 16 with a couple settings to deband and stuff. Unfortunate, though I still think this is the highest quality available.
