As a person into vore and furries, neither are exclusive to each other, and many furries are into being the predators anyways so the natural selection would favor the predators regardless if they viewed themselves as furry or not. And in terms of natural selection in general, it didn't stop furries from being invented even in caveman times and the mentality of vore is often a fetish and as a collective it wouldn't be sought after irl as often as people think. There are actual cannibals out there, but vore and cannibalism verbatim are not the same thing. To be into vore versus to have a cannibalism fetish is literally a measure of absurd fantasy where organs don't follow physics or fail to exist in any realistic way, exhibit furry balls up top. Cannibalism is just a real thing. A taboo thing. Vore is really not taboo because it just doesn't exist. If it did, I'm sure it would be taboo, but as a species following physics it is a dead end, an impossible thing. I know it's still cursed for random anons, but human imagination is as fueled by stray brain connections in lust as it is with any other idea. If any other species evolved to be as imaginative as ours, there's no doubt they would have fetishes, either tamer than us or somehow worse. Just a cursed fact of life. Vore by itself is harmless aside from psychic damage.
