Assuming that every pellet hit, and random shotgun spread didn't fuck soldier over, that pyro just ate 270 damage, and got fucking eviscerated. Because of the smoke, which doesn't really line up with the building, but well ignore that, assume the soldier was hit indirectly with the scorch shit at max splash range, dealing 10 fire damage and 60 afterburn damage. None of the pipes are critical. The one in the middle definitely hits, same for either the back or the front, depending on what direction the soldier is flying. In total, the soldier takes 270 damage, and with a base health of 200, and no battalions backup, Soldier fucking dies. The spy most likely jumps in the water because of the Demoman and comes in Red base through the sewers.
