You know why. Sonic characters are ugly with those type of feet. They are better without toes on there feet. Paws are better.

Because they are animals. Animals have paws on there feet like dogs, cats and other animals out there too. So I don't get why sonic characters have feet like that in this image.

Animals also don't have thumbs, and badgers don't have two large breasts situated on the top of their chest, so I'm pretty sure Sonic characters aren't meant to really look like animals. The few times we've seen them without shoes, they've been pawless.

#8116820 - Because the artists like them? People draw characters inaccurately to make them look better in their eyes all the time. If you prefer the more accurate toeless look, look at those images instead.
