I mean... I GUESS there's some "evidence" if you let your mind wander. He might be referring to the anime where Dawn is living with Cynthia I think. And in the context of Cynthia being like: "Hello active girl in a skimpy shirt, come live with me in my private beach villa to be my... assistant." It does sound a bit sus. But idk.
